How can I find my favorite items?
You can browse our categories or use the search bar to find specific items. We also offer sorting options like "Best Selling" and "New Arrivals" to help you find the latest and most popular products.

Do you offer exchanges for different sizes or colors?
Yes, we do. You can exchange an item for a different size or color as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags still attached. Contact us at contact@bartendertees.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.

What is DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing?
DTG printing is a high-quality method that prints directly onto fabric using water-based inks. It produces durable, vibrant prints that are soft to the touch and environmentally friendly.


Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.

Can I use more than one coupon per order?
No, only one coupon can be applied to each purchase.

Will I be charged customs fees on my order?
For international orders, additional customs or tax fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are beyond our control and must be paid to your local customs office.

Production Time

How long does production take?
Our products are typically created and ready for shipping within 1-2 business days. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary based on location:

  • US: 2-5 business days* (depending on location)
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 7-14 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and may be impacted by customs clearance or local postal services.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@bartendertees.com.

My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, etc.) or ask your neighbors if they may have received the package. If you still can't find it, contact your local postal office or email us at contact@bartendertees.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you.

Do you offer rush shipping?
At this time, we do not offer rush shipping. Please account for our production and shipping times when placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at returns@bartendertees.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Refunds for returns are processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Exchanges for different sizes or colors are processed free of charge.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an item not meeting mandatory product standards.
  • Please ensure the item meets all return conditions (unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging).

How long does it take to process a return/exchange?
Returns and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. If you're exchanging, the new item will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method or as store credit based on your preference.
