Production and Shipping Information:
At BartenderTees.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality products crafted specifically for bartenders and bar enthusiasts. Please note that our items typically require 1-3 business days for production before shipping. Depending on your location, shipping times generally range from 3-5 business days. Some orders may take longer due to factors such as customization complexity, order size, or destination.
Return Requirements:
If you need to return an item for personal reasons, please ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The item should be in brand-new condition, meaning it must be unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, and free of any fragrances.
For items that do not have any quality issues, we will refund the item price. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside this 30-day window unless the item does not comply with mandatory product standards.
How to Make a Return:
Important Notice:
Please be aware that we do not provide return labels. You will need to ship the items back to our designated warehouse in the US or other specified locations. Before returning any items, you must contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and the correct return address. Do not use the address on the original shipping label.
For items valued at over $70, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. This is for your protection, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website or email us directly at returns@bartendertees.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order details and any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos of the item. Our Customer Service team will review your request based on our policy, the product's condition, and the provided evidence. Please note that original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to non-compliance with mandatory product standards.
Refunds for payments made directly to BartenderTees.com (including product price, etc.) can be processed through the original payment method or credited to your BartenderTees.com account. The "original payment method" refers to the method used for the initial transaction.
If you are entitled to reimbursement for standard delivery costs (as per applicable law), you must provide the recipient account information. Standard delivery refers to the most economical, traceable delivery option available.
Canceling or Rejecting Your Package:
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please wait until you receive the package before initiating a return. Due to the complexities of shipping, including customs and carrier procedures, we cannot process returns for packages that are refused or intentionally left uncollected.
If a package is returned to us due to personal reasons, such as an incorrect address, no recipient available, invalid contact information, customer refusal, or failure to collect the package on time, no refund will be issued in these cases.
